  • Is a reservation required to dine?

    Reservations are not required but recommended, especially during peak hours or for larger parties, to guarantee a table and avoid any wait times. To book a reservation click HERE. 

  • What is the dress code?

    The dress code is business casual. We recommend attire that is clean, neat and appropriate to a fine dining environment. Management reserves the right to refuse entrance and or remove any guest whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.

  • Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

    Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions, including gluten-free and vegetarian preferences. Please ask your server at the time of dining for options or modifications and we will do our best to accommodate these needs.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes, gift cards can be purchased online or in person. Digital gift cards are available for purchase HERE. Physical gift cards can be purchased at any of our Live! Restaurants. These gift cards can be used at any Live! Casino Retail Location. 

    *We cannot accept gift cards from The Prime Rib location in Downtown Baltimore. 

     

  • How do I plan a private event?

    To book your private event at The Prime Rib® please click HERE. We recommend completing a Request for Proposal two weeks in advance to ensure availability. If your event is within the next two weeks, please call (318) 944-7100 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Do you have to be over 21 to enter?

    No, individuals under 21 are welcome! We strive to create an inclusive and enjoyable environment for guests of all ages.

  • Do you accept comps?

    Yes, comps are accepted at all our dining outlets. For ticketed events or specialized menus please reach out to the outlet directly or contact your host for additional details.

  • What are the hours of operation during public holidays?

    We are open on all public holidays with standard operating hours. If the hours change for a specific date, information will be provided on the website.
