What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM. To request an early check-in or late check-out please contact the hotel front desk or call (318) 944-7100, as it is available on a first-come, first-served basis.Is the hotel pet friendly?
Only dogs are allowed (maximum of 2 per room, up to 65 lbs. each). A non-refundable cleaning fee of $75 per dog is to be paid upon check in. For hotel stays longer than 4 nights the fee is $125 per dog. The fee is assessed as additional cleaning is required to remove pet hair and odors. Additional fees may be imposed if any pet-related damage is discovered.Is there a pool?

Live! Louisiana will become a member of the Hilton Curio Collection on or about January 28th 2026 (“Go Live Date”). A press release will be sent out when the exact date Live! Louisiana will be able to take reservation on the Hilton Worldwide network.What does this mean for the patron?
Cash paying guests can earn HHonors points and benefits when they stay at Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana.
Current HHonors members will be able to make reservations at Live! Hotel Louisiana directly after the Go Live Date.

If I have a complimentary room offer from the casino, do I still earn loyalty points as a Hilton HHonors member?
Unfortunately, no, only qualified non-casino rates will qualify for Hilton HHonor benefits. A qualified rate will typically be BAR rates and higher. Group Sales rates will also qualify for HHonors benefits.If I already have a reservation, can I still add my HHonors number to my reservation?
If the reservation is for arrival after the Go Live Date, patron will have the ability at check in to add their HHonors number to their reservation.
After the Go Live Date, contact center agents will be able to add the HHonors number to their reservation as well. A new field will be added to the screen.
